Returns: You may return any product within the first 30 days of purchase for a full refund, provided that the items are in new condition and include the original packaging. Please note that return shipping costs for items returned due to a change of heart, and not due to manufacturing defects, are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Please allow up to 15 days for processing once the returned item is received and inspected.

Warranty and Repairs: Defective items or those with operational issues can be returned for repair or replacement at our expense within one year of purchase. All replacements or repairs will be conducted at our discretion and returned to you at our expense. Products, including Black Rain, White Rain, and Grater Rain, come with a three-year warranty. For warranty returns after the first year, repair costs are covered by us, but the customer is responsible for shipping costs both to and from our facility.
