Ingredients:

• 1 lb fresh green beans, trimmed and halved
• 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
• 1 small onion, finely chopped
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 8 oz mushrooms, sliced
• 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
• 1 cup chicken or vegetable broth
• 1 cup heavy cream
• Black Rain Signature Blend Pepper
• White Rain Sea Salt

Instructions:

1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Blanch green beans in boiling water for 3 minutes, then plunge into ice water to stop the cooking process. Drain and set aside.
